"Colle Gelso"

Fruit of an extraordinary Terroir, the Barbaresco advertises its special characteristics in an intense garnet-red colour, with orangey hues, full and intense. The taste is dry, with good body but delicate, smooth and elegant. Liquorice and tobacco aromas stand out.

As an accompaniment:
main courses of strongly-flavoured meat, roasts and stews, sliced meats and mature cheeses.
It is advisable to open the bottle at least an hour before serving.
